Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I receive my tickets? Your tickets will be sent out to you via email 2 weeks prior to the date of the event of which you purchased tickets for.
  • Why haven't I received an order confirmation? Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If it has been longer than this and you still have not received yours, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Where is an event taking place? We withhold the venue of our events. When you receive your tickets 2 weeks prior to said event, the venue location will be disclosed.
  • Where is my delivery? Orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to various issues. If you have been waiting longer than 2 weeks and still have yet to receive your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • I spent over £20 - where is my free subscription? The monthly subscription product must be added into your cart and the appropriate coupon code must be used to obtain your free subscription. If you forgot to do this, please contact us and provide an order number if possible. We can then check the order was over £20 and manually enable your free month.
