If you've ordered a ticket from us and need a refund for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
If we have to change a venue for a show, the 7 day return policy will be re-instated from the date that you are notified.
If you've ordered a book, article of clothing or any other product apart from an event ticket and need a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

NB: All returns/refunds will cover the item's price only. Shipping and booking fees are not included in this and are non-refundable.
