‘Administrators in Missouri’s foster care system failed to monitor and oversee the use of psychotropic drugs on foster children, according to a lawsuit filed by two children’s watchdog groups.

The complaint argues the drugs were used often to sedate children to control behavior and left them exposed to risk of side effects, from diabetes to seizures.

The lawsuit, filed Monday by the Children’s Rights and the National Center for Youth Law in US district court, argues that 13,000 children moved into foster care over neglect and abuse suffered under the state of Missouri’s own neglect of its medication program.

The complaint argues that while the drugs can be helpful when part of a therapy, poor oversight meant that some children with behavioral issues linked to the trauma of their abuse or neglect were being given drugs as “chemical straightjackets” to control behavior, and the state violated the children’s right to be free from harm while in state custody.’

‘According to Heat Street, Ontario has now passed a law that would allow the government to invade your home and strip you of your child if your little Billy comes home from school one day and announces he’s a girl, and you have the temerity to tell him that he is not in fact a girl.

By a shockingly broad margin of 63 to 23, The Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act of 2017 passed through the Ontario legislature. It tells child services and judges to consider factors including “race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic origin, citizenship, family diversity, disability, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression” in removing a child from the home.

Michael Coteau, Minister of Child and Family Services, was explicit in his tyranny: “I would consider that a form of abuse, when a child identifies one way and a caregiver is saying no, you need to do this differently. If it’s abuse, and if it’s within the definition, a child can be removed from that environment and placed into protection where the abuse stops.”’

‘Ontario’s Kathleen Wynne Liberals have passed what critics describe as “totalitarian” Bill 89 by a vote of 63 to 23 on the last day before Queen’s Park adjourns for the summer.

Pro-family advocates warn Bill 89 gives the state more power to seize children from families that oppose the LGBTQI and gender ideology agenda, and allows government agencies to effectively ban couples who disagree with that agenda from fostering or adopting children.

Bill 89, or the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017, repeals and replaces the former Child and Family Services Act that governs child protection services, and adoption and foster care services.

It adds “gender identity” and “gender expression” as factors to be considered “in the best interests of the child.”’

‘Britain’s top-performing primary is threatening to report parents who pick their children up late to social services.

Fox School wrote a letter saying that if they still had not arrived by 4pm, it would notify its in-house child protection officer – who may call in social workers.

The primary – which is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and lists ballerina Darcey Bussell and Tony Benn’s daughter Melissa as ex-pupils – claimed the top spot in a Sunday newspaper’s guide in December.

It has the UK’s smallest catchment area, with its 303 pupils required to live within 107 yards of the gates in Kensington, West London. Nearby three-bedroom terraced houses sell for more than £4million.’

‘Legislators in Texas have been working toward passing a host of laws to reform the state’s Child Protective Services agency. New legislation has been crafted to improve the agency which has seen multiple dilemmas resulting in detrimental safety problems for children in the state. There have been several bills introduced this year aimed at improving the agency. One bill, in particular, House Bill 39, seeks in part to require medical exams to be performed more quickly on children who have been newly placed into the foster care system.

HB 39, introduced by Rep. Gene Wu (D-Houston), would mandate that the state’s Department of Family Protective Services schedule a medical examination for children who have been in temporary state custody for longer than three business days. Children in rural locations would be required to receive a medical exam within seven business days.’

‘There is a reason for concern about the rise in totalitarianism in Amerika. The government-monopolized judicial system is a banana republic-like system.

The lawlessness and criminality within the system is rampant. Not just with the judicial system but now it seems that everything associated with government, from medical care to the local zoning board, operates as a racket, and many of those who are a part of the system seem to view the civilian population as the “enemy,” or as toys to play with, or as insects to step on.

This recent post by Martin Armstrong describes his own experiences with the judicial system and his time in jail. Armstrong links to this article on Zero Hedge regarding power-hungry judges who criminally overstep their authority. Armstrong concludes:

I have no compassion for anyone who works in the Justice Department and would never hire a lawyer who ever worked for the government. There is nothing these people will not do to win. You have zero rights and they will kill you and go celebrate at dinner afterwards. You cannot possibly image the type of people who gravitate to these positions. I believe they are the kids who tortures cats and dogs for fun.’

‘When Kiarre Harris decided to take her kids out of the public school system in Buffalo, New York, and homeschool them instead, she had no idea the decision would result in her losing her children.

Harris followed the regulations for withdrawing her children from public school in December, but a week later, she got a phone call from Child Protective Services (CPS) inquiring why her children were not at school. She explained that she was now homeschooling them and had the paperwork to prove that everything was in order. A month later, however, she came home to find police cars waiting for her. She was given a court summons for child neglect, and when she refused to hand her children over to police, they arrested her for obstruction of justice.

It turned out that a mistake by the distract led to the forcible removal of Harris’s two children from her care. Harris says that Buffalo City Hall failed to inform the former school that the children were being homeschooled. When they stopped showing up for classes, the school believed the single mother was illegally preventing them from attending and contacted CPS. The kids were placed in state custody, and she was given limited supervised visits.’

‘A couple from Ohio have found themselves in a troubling custody battle with Child Protective Services for reportedly rejecting a mental health diagnosis of their son urged by the school administration. The disagreement has turned ugly and parents Christian and Katie Maple say they have lost custody of their son over refusing medical treatment that they deemed excessive and unnecessary.

According to a report from Medical Kidnap and Health Impact News, the incident originated in February when the Maples were alerted by their son Camden’s school, Bowman Primary School, that a “disruption” had been caused in class by Camden. Camden had allegedly remarked in class that he was feeling bad about himself and wished that he could be “erased” from the earth.

The Maples say that the school’s counselor chose to follow up on this remark by asking Camden how he would go about erasing himself, and Camden responded that he would “stab himself in the eye with a knife.” Christian then went to the school to retrieve Camden for a discussion at home about the incident.’
