In every moment there is Beauty and every moment embeds our whole being. We are part of the timeline that embeds every single moment, and we can learn to feel that. There is tenderness in our hearts, all the time. It didn’t go away, it is in hiding because fear took over.
There is the gift of appreciation and wonder, to feel and to love, to be present and to be grateful, even in times of turmoil.
Uncertainty can be scary and life is filled with uncertainty, sudden shifts, shakiness, chaos. The result is often anxiousness, restlessness and feeling afraid of what might be.
Instead, we can start to embrace this uncertainty, see the beauty in it, see the positivity of not feeling grounded or settled in our practical or emotional life.
This uncertainty means we don’t know what will happen and if we have the courage to face it, we can be surprised by every moment! We can be filled with curiosity about what will emerge.
There is joy in uncertainty, the trick is to own it, embrace it instead of running away from it.
It is a feel we have to face in order to change it, and have it impact our practical life.
Great strength and the renewal of our personal energy when we conquer that gap.
Be the chessboard of life, not a pawn being randomly moved around by the sudden winds of mundane, spiritual or emotional changes. Get of the feel of Life has taken you hostage and that life is to blame for this.
Life did not put us there - it is the way we see life, that has put us there.
The power within us, our personal power moves very often in: There is seasons for rest and seasons for growth.
The hidden power in this is to understand, that even in rest we evolve. In rest, the consciousness expands.
We know that via meditation and after a good nights sleep. It is the same dynamics of re-vitalization.
We do not run from our sleep, we long for it. If we run from our need for sleep - it will destroy us.
Similar is these dynamics.
We cannot change what we do not own.
We like to take ownership of our good stuff.
We do not like to take ownership of our ‘bad stuff’.
It is a flip sided coin and it is an expression of our being.
When we really own it, face it, we can change it if we change.
Then a new found clarity will emerge.
Be patient, dear fellow nomad Soul.
Stressing One Self has never served nobody well.
Painting a worried face with a smile, neither.
