I'm sure that most of you are aware of Ahed Tamimi. But if you aren't, this story on the BBC News at 10 will go some way to filling you in on who she is, and what she represents.
Is a slap an act of terror?
A petition demanding the release of all child prisoners in Israeli military jails, has reached over 1.7 million signatures. The number of child prisoners is around the 300 mark. Mostly for throwing stones at illegally occupying soldiers. A crime that carries a 20 year prison sentence.
Sign the petition.
I was wracking my brain as to what we could do, to somehow raise awareness, and try and make a difference. I have been raising money for people in Gaza and the West Bank since 2010 and I have found that the most simple ideas, are often the best. So myself and Lewis knocked up a t shirt design with the intention of selling and giving the money to hands on charities in Palestine.
We've managed to shift a fair few t shirts, but we can always do better. Now we have hoodies, baseball tops, ladies vests, the works. All with our Free Ahed Tamimi design, and in a gazillion different colours.
If you would like to buy one for yourself, as a gift for someone else, or even if you just want to share the link to others, please go ahead. It is greatly appreciated.
