'Spain's legislators have rejected all amendments to the 2013 budget plan, as thousands of demonstrators take to the streets in Madrid to protest against the government’s austerity measures. Spain's lower parliamentary house rejected on Wednesday all 11 amendments to the 2013 budget draft, as protesters met with police opposition in front of parliament in the country's capital Madrid.'
