UK to Launch Biggest Ever Probe Into Police Misconduct

'The independent police watchdog is to launch the biggest probe into alleged misconduct caused by various police departments in the UK, arising from the Hillsborough disaster.
The watchdog’s wide-ranging investigation into suspected manslaughter will search for possible hidden truths inside the South Yorkshire police, West- Midlands police and others. Kier Starmer, the director of public prosecutions (DPP), said that he will review all the evidence immediately in the 395-page report to decide if new charges of murder can be brought forward.'
