'On September 27th, in Springfield, Illinois, the Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will conduct a presentation on improvised explosive devices (IEDs). This demonstration is an extension of the FBI’s National Improvised Explosive Familiarization (NIEF) initiative “designed to raise awareness of the use of common chemicals to produce IEDs.”
The Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA) are an organization that assists and represents “the crop production supply and service industry while promoting the sound stewardship and utilization of agricultural inputs.”'
