'A new study published in the International Journal of Electrochemical Science has discovered that cooking with aluminium increases the risk of developing Osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s Disease.
The human body can tolerate 1mg of aluminium per 1kg of bone weight before it begins to accumulate in the brain. Astonishingly, it was found that up to 139.2 milligrams of aluminium per person could be consumed in one meal depending on how the food was prepared.'
