Power Restored in India After Huge Blackout

'India says it has fully restored power supply to three electricity grids after a two-day blackout that affected millions of Indians across the country. "Power has been restored fully across the northern, eastern and north-eastern grids," Power System Operation Corporation Chief SK Soonee said on Tuesday.
More than 600 million people were left in the dark following breakdowns in northern, eastern and northeastern grids. The power-cut caused chaos in transport networks and water supplies of 20 of the nation's 29 states.'
