'Industry will become increasingly uncompetitive due to soaring green energy taxes, according to the Government’s own advisers.
A shocking report has found UK manufacturers’ electricity bills are already significantly higher than those in other leading nations due to climate change levies. By the end of the decade, our green taxes will be double those in other EU nations and dozens of times higher than those in the US.'
