'I don't know, you put on this silly bloody uniform and ridiculous bloody hat; you practice for weeks marching up and bloody down, and when you pass these people holding your bloody gun and sticking your bloody arm in the air, they can't even be bothered to look - I'm off to Afghanistan next week and I could get blown to pieces. Does anyone else think there's something bloody wrong here?'
