UK Government Approves Olympics Missile Plan Irrespective of Protests

'Britain’s Cabinet ministers have approved plans to install six anti-aircraft missile batteries on the roofs of ordinary blocks of flats to protect the Olympics despite protests from the public.
Defense Secretary Philip Hammond approved the deployment irrespective of concerns from some local residents, British media reported. The government will also robustly fight court action aimed at stopping the locating of missile units at key locations to guard the London Games against a terror attack.'
