'On 21 March 2012, Bedouin women gathered in Beer Sabe’ to protest against the Praver Plan, a draft law that seeks to 'regulate Bedouin settlement in the Negev’ by displacing 30,000 people. Bedouins have been victims of displacement at the hands of their government many times since 1948, yet this law may instigate the largest forced removal since the establishment of the state of Israel.'
