'As anti-government protests soar in Saudi Arabia, British Prime Minister David Cameron visits the country for talks with the ruling royal family.
Cameron's visit coincides with anti-government protest rallies in Saudi Arabia's oil-rich Eastern Province. Witnesses say hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets in the towns of Awamiyah and Qatif on Friday to protest the killing of a young anti-regime protester.'
