Some may not like what I say here, but I don't care. It needs saying. I am so sick of the bullshit.

I understand that these women miss their partners and are concerned for their safety. I understand why they have been programmed to believe that their pawns in uniform are making a difference to the world. But what are their partners actually doing? Killing, maiming and enslaving innocent people and fighting fake enemies without question just because a 'superior' or coward in a dark suit thousands of miles away tells them that they must.

This is the reality of what those you sing about are doing or supporting. Do you think that the parents and partners of the innocent killed by your loved ones, and what they represent, might miss their loved ones who will never return because people like those you sing about have killed them? Is that 'light after the darkness, my wondrous star'? Is that 'lighting up the darkness, my Prince of Peace' with a gun in his hand?

If you really love those you sing about then ask them what the friggin' hell they are doing in uniform doing this. What are they thinking of serving with such grotesque violence a force that doesn't give a shit about them, or you?; a force that is intent on enslaving you, your children and grandchildren, and everyone else.

So sing your song of self-delusion, but you have so desperately lost the plot. The lives of all human beings deserve equal respect. Yes, your partners in uniform, but also - EQUALLY - those that they slaughter.

Cue emotional manipulation that totally misses the point ...
