Who is the most dangerous world leader of all?

My thoughts would go to George H Bush, who is the silent us president.
I feel that he is really running the show intead of W Bush.
As for this new terror alert, I bet it will happen during the US election year.
As for Putin, he's a danger as well but I think only to the americans. He won't jump when they tell him to jump. As for the Iranian president it's just the USA looking for a new scapegoat.

According to a recent survey by The Guardian they found that the British believe Bush is more dangerous than Kim Jong-il. Bush came 2nd and I think Bin Laden came first, although he's hardly a world leader.

Who ever has nuclear weapons. But then again would they use them. Back in the 80's that's what most of thought would happen. Didn't think there would be any more big wars like Iraqui......Thought it would of been a case of one leader threatened another with a nuclear attack, the one without or with the least nuclear weapons would try and make a peace deal for fear of being nuked! Maybe it's a red herring.

Russia and the USA where said to have reached stalemate during the cold war and nuclear arms race. This may have been a cover for the controllers real agenda which was this....The money said to have been spent on nuclear weapons, well most of that money was being spent on the Star wars project, sattelite surveillance, psychotronic warefare etc. Also Nasa wasn't interetsed in space exploration but their objective was also the Star wars project.

Covert mind control of the population which will replace much of the Military manpower. Sad thing is most people don't wan't to believe that world leaders would use such devices. It doesn't add up? What better way could they control whole populations, or sections of society without the knowledge of most of the people. An invisible enemy. they can't take over the whole planet and control everyone with guns alone they've been trying that for a long long time.

They even claim to have weapons that can take out a nuclear missile from out in space.
