According to this Russian study, DNA can be manipulated and altered by vibrational frequencies which cause the DNA to resonate. HAARP is an extremely powereful transmitter that could tune these frequencies. If the findings of this study are correct, then anyone can program anyone using sound, sight, and resonance (radio waves). Does this mean that we could be potentially programmed at the DNA level just by watching TV alone?

I would be surprised if the frequencies that HAARP operates at are sufficiently high to vibrate DNA molecules directly.

Much more likely, it can generate the well known frequencies of emotional states and such like and direct these to the desired part of the planet.

I wouldn't think it's possible to change the DNA using sound.

These frequencies might also be effecting another dimension which we can't see or breaking open those gateway's to these dimensions, which could manifest as schizophrenia and other mental disorder's. Which seems to be more prevalent these days.

Mind control through tv, My answers is yes. HAARP is much bigger than just this though !

However i have a question ? Can this reference to the HAARP machine being a large neurophone, that means large scale manipulation surely not isolated individuals ?. Not being a direct link to sole individuals ? So can it be tuned much like reference to a radionics machines principle of operations. A hair sample can give a resononant frequency 'link' to a given individual. Would this be part of HAARP to target sources for direct manipulation using radionics technology combined. ? Is haarp capable of such a task ?

In the early days of HARPP, there was a lot talk of droping the atmosphereic pressure, sound was also a big deal in Harpp.

think of a battlefield raise or drop the atmosphereic pressure of the atmosphereic you have a countery debilitated. head acks bleeding noses. peaple with low talerance die off. It would not take much to debilitate them. even a little change in some places. would make breathing so hard air would feel like like graded sand.

it's not; if there was such entities they would want you NOT to know of that structure, because you could use it against them quite easily at your own volition given some logical back flips.
