In the Bible goats are commonly seen as representing evil. Are goats then something to be feared or what?

The reason for this is because we moved from the age of Aries the Ram into Pisces the Fish. Ram's, cow's, goats, they were all OUT with the whole bible (pisces worship) coming in.
