I have just started an astrology blog and if you want to ask any questions about astrology I am all to happy to answer them. The aim of the blog is to provide information to people, and also to entertain - hopefully ![]() Please let me know if there is anything you would like me to post on my blog, I have been an avid astrologer since I was about 11 or 12, I am now 32, so I just want to share my knowledge of astrology, but also of the esoteric side of the subject. http://astrologybybex.blogspot.com/ Peace and lurve ![]() ![]()

Hiya
![]() I have Mars in Pisces, and some astrology woman ( who i didnt like because she ripped me off moneywise, a greedy person) said that it means that i am a softy, too soft for this world. This was years ago, and i still know that i was stupid to pay her... so... does Mars in Pisces... does that mean that i am soft or not a fighter. It does seem a contradiction , as far as i k, Mars is a god of war and Pisces is peace, no wonder I am confused...

I wouldn't say this makes you too soft for this world at all, after all yuo have saturn in house 1 , Actually Mars in Pisces can make people a bit sneaky and manipulative reather than going after things in a direct fashion - but this approach to getting what you want can be quite affective at times, so it's probably not a bad thing, but yeh, it is quite a soft sign for a Mars placement.

Oh hey,
This is cool. I am interested in astrology too. I have studied it for 3 to 4 years now and I still can't figure out how to correctly interpret it.

I have Mars in Pisces too and I doubt you'd find one person who'd call me soft. I think it's more like we pick and choose our battles and don't sweat the small stuff.

When I had my chart read long ago, I heard the soft thing too, made absolutely no sense to me, so I basically made up my own theory and how it related to me. Quote:

![]() I have just seen that, and I will have a bit more of a think about that as the eclipse in Cancer will be in a trine with Uranus. As a trine is a nicely flowing angle I feel this is a good influence, but I will have to ponder how that fits in with the Saturn Uranus opposition that is also going on. As the eclipse is taking place in Asia it may affect that part of the world more, the Uranian influence could cause some sort of surprise. But as Uranus is in Pisces and the Eclipse is in Cancer these are complimentary energies and I feel that if there are any massive shocks they will ultimately be to the benefit of mankind - even if this is not at first apparent. Eclipses can shake things up and I seem to remember there being a spate of eclipses in 2007 which was a very strange time for me at least. What do you think about all of this? People with planets and points in Cardinal signs such as Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn will most likely be affected in some profound way. And you brought up the Uranian influence, I always see Uranus as a jolt of lightening, so however that manifests itself, I'm not sure. Got to wait and see as usual, lol. |

I have mars in leo, that would explain why I am so lazy with regards to physical exercise, but once I get going, I do enjoy it.
I do take an interest in astrology also, been an avid fan since early childhood, am now 44, it's such a great indicator of personality traits and it is a useful tool to try to help you understand people. I am a scorp.

u_s, I've always had a fascination with Chiron, which I have conjunt (within 6 degrees) my sun in my 12th house. What are your thoughts about this asteroid?
