its ok. Feelings will be expressed. It's ok to say how you feel about your father. It's LOVE. (I know I am mushy)

Default I will not become sheep

Sorry for my bad English
Sorry that I'm little off topic, but I need say some things.
I like Michael Jacksons songs, dance…
No doubt that he is great but I think this spectacle made from funeral is bad thing.
Why everything must be so commercial? Here on Balkan almost every TV stations shows memorial (show) for him. I think this is overly. Every day, hour, minute on Earth somebody dies. Are not these old men or children, each in its own way, kings? How much are significant scientists, top-quality IT professionals, teachers, chess masters, bakers ... who are dying, and no one even mention them in media? Is death of the great man must be a reality TV show? Journalists are exaggerating about everything and rising dust. Same Hippocratic journalists witch accused him for pedophilia when it was most popular topic, now they express most greater sorrow for his death. I wish to MJ dignified burial and happiness on his journey "to the better place", but not his coffin on the stage during a concert.
I say not that music is less important, nor I want to diminish the value of MJ's in any way. When I was a child we had idols like: astronauts, scientists, architects, artists, etc. as opposed to today when children idols are: Hollywood morons, or phenomena like Britney or Paris H.
All of what I said is an example of the collapse of the entire society. It represents main evidence of successes of powerful groups in the destruction of basic values, creation society of brain washed, easily manipulated, individuals who will obey everything Big Brother demands them to do. For God sake when has Fun become objective of life? I think people should have more important things in life than watching mean less buffoonery on TV.

This is my take on it all
http://wideshut.co.uk/michael-jackson-drowned-at-birth/

I think it's sick really. He was abused his whole life MK Ultra style and most fans have no idea how disgusting his memorial really is.

Anyway just my views.

Music can be very powerful. In the Old Testament Trumpets could bring down city walls - so music should not be underestimated. A guy called Larry Norman wrote a song called "Why Should the Devil Have all the Good Music" and I certainly believe those of us who believe in LOVE should be proud of what MJ achieved and today's memorial was a place where many of us have been deeply moved. I have read other forums as well tonight and the feeling is general - and watched news bulletins. The message of LOVE is truly out there from the memorial. That is fantastic that the news agenda has been changed from fear and conflict to LOVE - even if only for today.

PS The weather comments are because earlier in the thread I commented on the massive storm that hit London just before the memorial and during the Funeral - which has now made the headlines.

Smile

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though its breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

Lyrics: John Turner & Geoffrey Parsons
Music: Charlie Chaplin

brings back good memories

[QUOTE=alexc;1099979]

What did Jackson contribute?

I know there are some idiots here claiming he was on the verge of unveiling some deep dark secrets of a child abuse right, but that's just wishful thinking and fantasy land talk. What do YOU think he did for the greater good of humanity?

/QUOTE]

It seems to speak volumes about you that you can't see it. Thats 'nuff said Alexc mate, try and do something about it. But nevertheless. the hope for humanity doesn't depend on your personal outlook here.

Jut imagine Alexc, any good that will be done on this planet won't revolve around what you are choosing to put out there.

What can't be taken away is that we had an inspiration, acknowledged by many many others. The greatest message to humanity was given by Jesus "love others as yourself". Backing up that message are many others who have manifested throughtout history. Michael Jackson happens to be one of them. And , sadly, you don't seem to be part of that AlexC. I happen to be one of them people that have that message deep down, which is why I obviously resonate with such a human as MJ. What do you have AlexC? Please give me some of your wisdom. Let's see the vibe you are putting out there.

It was a time of healing for many. And as I previously mentioned, pure light beings wouldn't have been there if it was a negative event.

Had to mute him, but Bashir was slagging Michael off, saying something about Paris being let down all her life and finally - dunno, 'cause I muted him.

You've hit the nail on the head. Look at the different messages that G Bush and MJ were giving. Why do you pretend these two are in the same kinda mould? They're not. And you are saying that it all matters what a person stands for.

Is it that hard to realize that Micheal Jackson was about people coming together, totally against what the PTB would rather have?

Can't you see that the PTB don't care too much if you or me have the same message, but when MJ puts out that message it is a THREAT. Having togetherness is a threat to profit making greedy corporations. He had a big mouth, and he was braver than you .:-) And having people like him stand up and say what he said can bring about great influence.

You can't take this away from the guy. It's all logged, and needs no proving.
His wish wasn't to back up the elites, but to keep calling for a better world than they are trying to bring about.

That's the reason I SUPPORT Michael Jackson, as an elevated spirit that took the BS and put out the message for the masses.

I played my heart out for him tonight at the blues jam in our local pub.:-) And I am not that fond of his musical backlog. I just know what be was about.

I finished my set with Man In The Mirror at the weekend, and all the hardened, jaded punters sang along. Every last one of 'em. His music unites.

I found this on the mjjc forum,i think its a great idea!

On Tuesday, July 7, 2009 (the day of the memorial), we think it would be an excellent idea for each of us to make a resolution as a tribute to Michael. Whether it be quitting smoking to heal your body, or volunteering in your community to heal the world, let us do as Michael taught us.

Michael was an advocate for children. Let us fulfill his vision by doing something for children. Let's make him proud.

If you think this is an idea that you can apply in your life, please post a resolution.
