Did I really see a demon?

About 4 months ago I had this strange experence. It was about 2PM on a sunny friday afternoon. being bored I decided to walk my dog, down to the near by grassy field. The walk down there was ok, acommied by a nice breeze. We eventually arrive at the field. About 2 mins later I suddenly felt my heart racing, and had this feeling of flying. I took one deep breath, and and pointed my face up into the air, with my eyes closed. Once I opened my eyes, the area around me seemed to have this tint of blue to it. Thats just say there was this tint of blue in the air. I had the urge to look to my right. When I did I seen this figure standing there. The figured appeared to be a man, from how I preceived it. The man was about 5,10 inches. He was wearing this heavy outfit, which looked as if he was getting ready to go out in a deep blizzard. His face, and entired body was covered in this outfit. All I could see were his eyes, which appeared white. He looked at me as if he was suprised by my presense. I could see him just standing there as if he didn't understand what I was or why I was near him. The man was about 30 yards away. Suddenly the man waved to me, by taking his hand across his face. I waved back. The second I blink he was gone. What did I experence this day? Did I temporally see into a different plane of existence? Who could this man of been? Someone explain this too me. Is there any articles explaining this?

The outfit look as something a child in russia would normall wear.

It could have been the astral body of a person from that area or visiting that area. In all honesty though I don't know, lol.

What I've read of people with this blue around them are, devoted, lovers of studying, philosophical and tuned to proper thinking. I can in no way prove this sadly. But if it's worth anything, it probably isn't a demon. Hey if hell is supposed to be really hot, maybe heaven is really cold? [that is a joke!!]

manz, i am commenting based only on my own experiences since i am no authority and have no degree in supernatural studies.
i don't believe this entity to be a demon. it may have been what we usually refer to as a ghost or possibly a being from another dimension. trust me, when you encounter a demon there will be no question about it. the negativity or evil that accompanies them is unspeakable. i pray you will not experience that.

why not?
once again, my experience only:
there was one individual that i had actual physical contact with on a few occassions. he was absolutely no threat. in his frustration, he sought only to make contact.......i was not the only one to see him or sense him, but i think i was the only one he made physical contact with. not all entities are benign as this one. i felt his pain and frustration and must have been somewhat easier to make contact with.

the archangel michael is quoted to have said that even he wouldn't accuse the 'lucifer'... and the bible actually says that god created all things... who are we to call any part of that creation 'evil'?
every part of the puzzle makes up the picture... a part is just a part.

nothing of itself is good or evil.. fire might burn your house down, but it will also keep you warm in winter even if you are sitting in the ashes of your burnt down house.
