It'll be a couple of days before I can call tech (because I work late a couple of days this week) to hopefully get authorization to swap it for a another one. I tried all the little turn off and on tricks again and it's really, really broke. And just to make sure it stays broke even when call the tech, I am placing it in the clothes dryer so the Hadron Collider can permanently damage it beyond hope.....or maybe the microwave.

Of course, then we'll have to find something to get the Leslie Gore song outta yer head. It's not going to be easy considering that song has been playing in people's heads since 1963 and medical science claims it's incurable. Pfft! Incurable, they say.
