I think here at the survival section of the forum we concentrate allot on doomsday type events and what we would do, there is however one aspect that we must raise awareness to. HOW TO SURVIVE TODAY! We go through our lives everyday stuffing out faces, when in fact we should be training our selfs. First we should be training our selfs WHAT TO EAT! then HOW TO EAT then HOW TO BURN! I think if we all contribute to these threads then we will have a platform to start preparing our body's for hard times, and if they never come at least we will be fit and healthy!!! How to BURN - This should be also considered in survival, to have a healthy body it is clever to learn how to burn food - no not in the fire!!! How to get active and burn those calories into muscles - we all need to keep fit to survive.
