im Canadian, the only good party is the canadian action party because there against the nau and they will probably never get a seat. All the parties are very socialist and the green party is extra carbon tax reinforcement. Were I live in British Columbia, we were the first province in the world to get it in time for the 2010 winter olympics

I'm bummed out Harper got in again.....I don't like or trust him. He has sold us out to the US although in fairness it started before he got into office. Pathetic choices this time around. The turn out was very poor, because Canadians have lost faith in Government, and didn't see any reason to go and vote. They feel it will be more of the same old stuff. Nothing changes, just more taxes, job losses, higher fuel costs, heating costs on & on it goes.

give me a break, fixed elections... conservatives won by a mass, not like in the US where elections are won by 2 or 3 percent.
even though harper stands behind bush; does not make him a bad prime minister. The real worst he has done for this country is cut funding in areas such as retirement funds and certain schooling and musician programs in areas of quebec and the provinces. You could also argue that he has also cut tax to big firms, but in a sense that saved our ass's in the economic meltdown in ALOT of ways. All and all, pro bush or not, he has kept this country stable, with a record 2 billion dollar surplus in the country yearly. I can understand why he was re elected, since canadians have put up with the 'liberal bullshit' for much to long to go back. And please, do you realize the tension if canada acted against the mega dictator bush in the past 4 years? i dont think that makes him pro bush just for getting the hell out of his way, liek the bully on the playground. anyways dont just spit out the first stupid thing you think. |
