Chris Palko was born in Würzburg, Germany to American parents. His father was stationed on a West German military base as a member of the military police. Palko lived there until the age of four when his father was dishonorably discharged for selling and using heroin, and the family was sent back to the United States where they lived in Middletown, New York. Carolyn Smith felt a tormented sense of deja vu Monday as she walked
into the Milwaukee County medical examiner's office and asked to see the body of her murdered brother, Ernest.

She couldn't see him, officials told her, because they were conducting an
autopsy. It's just as well, she was told; she wouldn't want to see the body.
They showed her a snapshot instead.

For a second time, a vibrant, loving brother had been reduced to nothing
more than a photograph. For a second time, a brother was murdered in a
sadistic fashion.

Nine years ago, another of Carolyn Smith's brothers, Eddie Smith, was slain by serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Although Dahmer admitted murdering and
mutilating Eddie Smith, 28, his remains were never found. Without a body, the
family was left with nothing but snapshots and memories.

Eddie Smith had seemed to have vanished; he'd been missing more than a
year before the family learned his fate. Dahmer had dismembered him and put
the remains in the garbage.

Ernest Smith, 39, a Persian Gulf War veteran known by the nicknames
"Ricky" and "Molly," was discovered stabbed to death inside his apartment in the 2900 block of N. Teutonia Ave. on Sunday afternoon.

Ernest's death, as described in the medical examiner's report, would be difficult for any family to handle. For the Smith family, this is the
second time around.

"It's like living a nightmare all over again," Carolyn Smith, 45, said
Tuesday. "I hadn't really gotten over Eddie's death."

The medical examiner's report says Ernest Smith's killer "posed" the
body after the killing -- something Dahmer also did. Figurines, which the report did not describe, were placed around the body and were wrapped in Ernest Smith's hand. Sheets from pornographic magazines were stuffed into his shoes and pants, and cigarette ashes were put in an ear. He'd been stabbed with a kitchen knife that was left in his body.

"I'm getting flashbacks," said Carolyn Smith. "There are a lot of sickos
out there."

Carolyn Smith's life after Dahmer deteriorated into a series of nervous breakdowns and visits to psychiatrists. She's not sure she can handle a
similar ordeal.

"I'm afraid to go to a trial" of Ernest's killer, she said, recalling her first
sight of Dahmer walking into court with a "smirk" on his face. "I'm not
sure I'll be able to stand up and take it this time."

Police on Tuesday said they had arrested a 38-year-old man in Ernest
Smith's death but had not yet determined a motive. Carolyn Smith said she had never heard of the suspect. He's not being named here because he hasn't been charged.

After she lost her first brother, Carolyn Smith said, she was diagnosed
with post-traumatic stress disorder. Every time she went to the chiropractor
and saw a poster with a skeleton, she put her brother's face on it and fled in
tears. She gained 120 pounds and cut off her manicured fingernails because they symbolized the Carolyn Smith she once was and never would be again.

Eddie and Ernest were close, Carolyn Smith said, and Eddie's death also
plunged Ernest into depression and sometimes led him to drink. Some brushes with the law followed.

But Carolyn Smith described him as a man who "served his country and
loved his country."

One picture of Ernest shows him in a Navy uniform. Another shows him in
Desert Storm fatigues. He was sent to the Persian Gulf during the war, Carolyn Smith said. Not far away, on a table, sat a gold-framed photograph of Eddie.

"They ran together," she said.

Carolyn Smith recalled how both brothers had the wide, toothy grin known
in the family as the "Smith smile."

Indicating how surreal Carolyn Smith's life became after Dahmer's evil
intersected with her family, she casually mentioned that Larry King thought
Eddie had a nice smile, too.

After Dahmer's arrest, reporters descended on Carolyn Smith's home.

"Everything turned upside down," she said. "There were TV people out
front by the garbage cans trying to get interviews."

There was no such commotion when Ernest died. No curiosity-seekers
driving past her home to see what it looked like, no hordes of reporters knocking on her door. Ernest Smith died as Eddie Smith might have had his killer been someone else, relatively anonymously.

"All of these men killed by Dahmer were degraded as low-lifes," Carolyn
Smith said. This time around, she wanted to get her opinion out first.

"I just want people to remember him (Ernest) for being a strong,
energetic, handsome, educated military man."

The funeral will be at the Love Funeral Home, 2001 N. Holton St., at 10
a.m. next Wednesday. The wake will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from

Dr. Wallace Graham was a busy physician with a thriving practice when he offered Robinson a job as an X-ray technician in 1966. He recalled later that he was impressed with Robinson's achievements in Boy Scouts and his extensive credentials in radiology. Graham was highly regarded in the community, but he was a trusting and naive healer who turned out to be an easy mark for a man like Robinson. This change of employment publicly revealed the earliest indications of Robinson's personality disorders and led to his first criminal conviction.

Robinson quickly began stealing from Graham and taking liberties in the medical office. He drained the practice's bank account to the extent that six months after John was hired, Graham was unable to pay Christmas bonuses to the staff. In the meantime, Robinson bragged to colleagues about his new ranch and lakefront property. In addition, Robinson sometimes engaged in sexual liaisons with both office staff and patients. He had sex with one patient in the X-ray lab by pretending his wife was terminally ill and unable to accommodate his needs.

The unexplained loss of revenue prompted an audit of the practice's books, which pointed to Robinson as the source of the embezzlement. In 1969, Robinson was convicted of theft. Because it was his first offense and he pledged to make restitution, a Jackson County, Missouri, judge sentenced Robinson to three years of probation. No one could know at that time that a succession of similar white collar crimes would keep Robinson on probation for the next two decades. While he was under court supervision, Robinson killed at least eight women.

The official story of John Edward Robinson is completely ridiculous.
Apparently this guy fooled everyone in sight and every single of his
embarrassingly high level connections was somehow duped into very
close associations with a serial killer who ran a BDSM cult.

Duh....are we all that naive? In case no one noticed, Robinson
was part of a GROUP of people into the stuff. In other words,
uh, there were others involved.

Summer 1984 - Robinson rents a duplex in the name of his company Equi-2, and turns it into a brothel. He hires Linda Steven Jones to run it and find other girls to join. The brothel specializes in rough S&M sex. Robinson at this time had also become the leading member of a secret S&M cult called the International Council of Masters. He was the cult's 'slavemaster' and was to bring a victim to meetings for beatings, torture or rape.

Robinson was active in Kansas City and Chicago. He may have been connected with Burroughs, Berdella and Gacy and the rest of them.

In the 1970s and ’80s, Robinson promoted himself as a civic leader and philanthropist, and stopped at nothing to polish his image. In reality, he was a sloppy forger who brazenly signed the names of Kansas City's community leaders to phony letters of introduction and commendation. Once he had a secretary draft a letter that he had been given a full professorship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City dental school.

Adoption

For years, Don and Helen Robinson tried without success to have a child on their own and to adopt a baby through traditional placement services. The couple, who lived in metropolitan Chicago, were beginning to come to terms with the idea that they would never raise a child when John Robinson mentioned that he had contacts with an attorney in Missouri who handled private adoptions and that John would act as a liaison for Don and Helen.

That was in 1983, and for the next two years -- after the Robinsons paid a $2,500 retainer to John's imaginary lawyer friend -- John Edward Robinson put into place a plan to procure a child for his brother. If the scam was successful, he probably intended to expand it to "help" other childless families realize their dream of adoption. Several times in the following months, Robinson put Don and Helen on notice that an adoption was imminent, but the child never materialized.

John's scheme required locating pregnant, single women and he knew exactly where to go to find them. Putting on his civic philanthropist facade, Robinson approached local pregnancy programs and social workers to alert them to a new program he and several fanciful leading businessmen "from the East Coast" had created to serve single moms who needed a helping hand.

Karen Gaddis, a former social worker at Truman Medical Center in Independence, Mo., testified at Robinson's trial that he came to her in late 1984 for referrals. Gaddis testified that Robinson said he was looking for young mothers, preferably white women, who had no close ties to family members. He showed her an apartment in Overland Park, Kansas, where the women were to stay.

Gaddis knew Caucasian babies were valued on the adoption black market and because Robinson never provided her with any paperwork about the program, she never referred any women to him.

"I think he thought we were a real fertile ground for young women that nobody would be looking for," Gaddis told NBC's Dateline when the Robinson story broke.

Robinson's setback with Karen Gaddis was only a temporary one. In January 1985, at a shelter, John Robinson met 19-year-old Lisa Stasi and her 4-month-old baby, Tiffany. Stasi was estranged from her husband, who had reenlisted in the Navy and deployed to the Great Lakes Naval Base outside Chicago. She was poor, uneducated and unworldly, making her the perfect target for a man like John Robinson.

Robinson convinced Lisa that his program would help her become self-sufficient by telling the emotionally vulnerable teen what she wanted to hear. Robinson's program provided daycare, job training, housing and a monthly stipend. The only catch was that she would be sent to Texas for job training for a few months. The program was demanding, he told her, and she would hardly have time to contact her family. That's how he explained away the four blank sheets of paper he wanted her to sign.

On January 9, 1985, Robinson -- who told Stasi that his name was John Osborne -- arrived at the home of Lisa's sister, where she had left Tiffany. "Osborne" never spoke to Kathy Klinginsmith, the sister, but left a very strong impression on the woman.

"I just remember I was so frightened," Klinginsmith testified at Robinson's trial. "I wanted to run after and get her, but I was too scared."

Klinginsmith's instincts were correct. The next day, Lisa phoned her mother-in-law and in a panicked voice, said "they" had told her she was an unfit mother and that Betty Stasi wanted custody of Tiffany. Betty denied the claim to her hysterical daughter-in-law, who was reconsidering her agreement with Robinson.

Her last words to her family were cryptic: "Here they come," she said as she disconnected the phone. Lisa's family never heard from her again and no clues to her whereabouts have ever been uncovered.

Two days later, Don and Helen Robinson returned to Chicago with their beautiful 4-month-old adopted baby girl. In exchange for an additional $3,000 fee to John's "lawyer," the couple received extremely convincing adoption papers with the forged signatures of two lawyers and a judge. John told them Tiffany's mother committed suicide in a domestic violence shelter. On the day Don and Helen took Tiffany home, Kathy Klinginsmith and Betty Stasi filed a missing persons report with law enforcement in Kansas and Missouri.

So, Robinson's brother gets a laundered fresh baby for mk purposes, with the signatures of two lawyers and a judge....

Robert Berdella worked as a chef at the University of Missouri.

I was a dental student at the University of Missouri Kansas City at the time Berdella was murdering his victims. My apartment was at Armour and Gilliam about half a mile from Berdella’s house on Charlotte.

After He was caught and the skulls were found. I was assigned to assist the school’s forensic dentist, Dr. Ron Gier, with taking Photographs, measurements and full mouth radiographs on Berdella’s victims. (I had no Idea who they were or were associated with at the time.)

It was grisly business. The skulls weren’t skulls like you see in an anatomy book. They had both been burried in Berdella’s back yard for sometime. (The one in better condition was dug up by Berdella and kept in his bedroom.) They were decomposed with remnants of muscle, flesh and hair and part of the cervical vertebrae attached. Berdella had attempted to remove the teeth from the skulls leaving some roots. We were able to reconstruct some of the dentition like a jigsaw puzzle as Berdella had kept the teeth of his victims in a jar in his bedroom.

Dr. Gier was able to confirm identify the skulls as belonging to Larry Pearson, and Robert Sheldon by comparing them to their in vivo dental records. I believe this was crucial evidence in eliciting Berdella’s confession.

As if the Berdella case wasn’t bad enough, There was another serial killer operating in my neighborhood when I lived in Kansas City. Lorenzo Gilyard, the Gillham Park killer, was the most prolific serial killer in Kansas City history. During that time he was busy raping and strangling prostitutes in parks near my apartment. But that’s another story.

The Order of the Eastern Star is a fraternal organization that both men and women can join. It was established in 1850 by Rob Morris, a lawyer and educator from Boston, Massachusetts, who had been an official with the Freemasons. It is based on teachings from the Bible,[1] but is open to people of all theistic beliefs. It has approximately 10,000 chapters in twenty countries and approximately 500,000 members under its General Grand Chapter. Members of the Order are aged 18 and older; men must be Master Masons and women must have specific relationships with Masons. Originally, a woman would have to be the daughter, widow, wife, sister, or mother of a master Mason, but the Order now allows other relatives[2] as well as allowing Job's Daughters, Rainbow Girls, Members of the Organization of Triangle (NY only) and members of the Constellation of Junior Stars (NY only) to become members when they become of age.

The Order was created by Rob Morris in 1850 when, while confined by illness, he set down the principles of the order in his Rosary of the Eastern Star. By 1855, he had organized a "Supreme Constellation" in New York, which chartered chapters throughout the United States.

My five boys still have a hard time having it known. They are all amazingly successful men today.

After telling me their truth thirty-five years ago, they said: "Don't talk about it, Mommy. We just want to forget."

They are forty-one, forty, thirty-nine, thirty-eight, and thirty-six years old today--or thereabouts. I was thirty when I found out what had happened to them at their father's hand.

I was a very young, but clueless, worldly, angry, lustful, undisciplined, and recently-saved Christian at age 23; and came from an atheist, secular humanist, generational Freemason background.

My parents were not Masonic, but all four grandparents were into the occult or Freemasonry to one degree or another. My father considered himself a Taoist and believed in phrenology after his Andover and Yale education.

When I was only seven years old, he told me that there wasn't any God and I would have to make it on my own.

All the lights in the world went out for me then, because Jesus is the light of the world, and I chose to follow my daddy, my hero, into the darkness of his atheistic, secular humanist world. Although I had attended some Sunday school and vacation Bible school as a child, my father was my best friend, protector and idol in life.

The occult oppression in our home was so pervasive that my mother had a nervous breakdown and tried to end her life on many occasions--thirteen if anyone was counting.

My only sister, though a possessor of a master's degree, has been in mental hospitals most of her life. We were considered one of the elite families in our area. Little do others know the hell and unhappiness that went on behind closed doors. Money doth not constitute a happy home! Nor does the occult.

We were each and all sitting ducks for the dark side. Money and even good health and good fortune are no substitute for a Christian life! They all fall very short of it!

MARRIAGE

In 1968, I met a guy, a student in psychology at the local university, and said to myself, "All this and heaven, too." He was, of course, the handsomest thing.

Satan knew just how to package this stunning disaster. Little did I know! [Young women should not be sent clueless into this ugly, evil, world, but my father thought it best to let our minds remain vacant of any doctrine, wanting us "free to choose our own beliefs" when we became adults.

As an atheist, I had been taught to believe that everyone was good and had good motives. Little did I know!] Suffice it to say, I was quite messed up myself! And extremely unaware of many things.

This man who became my husband nineteen days after our meeting--I was looking for a wrap for my sin--and being married entitled one to sex.

He was actually honest to a point. He did say he had a record for child-molesting. In my ignorance, and knowing the lustful condition of my own heart, I reasoned that he must have just met up with a hot teenager. Little did I know!

FREEMASONS

The marriage lasted six and a third years before our separation, during which time I gave birth to four sons and was pregnant with my fifth. While pregnant with the fifth, my oldest two children, in their father's absence from our home, began to tell me that he had molested them.

The second-oldest had tried to tell me this perhaps six months earlier, and I had confronted their father with his accusation, but he managed to dissuade me that it was true. I confronted him again, this time, and he admitted his behavior, saying, "I've got them all, even the baby, and from the time they were babies." This was at 8:20 in the a.m. on January 1, 1975, a fact I will probably never forget.

In the desperate months that followed, the boys continued to tell me what their father, his mother, his friends and others had done to them.

If I had heard one more thing, I would have lost my mind. My lawyer told me to write down everything they said. I did. The children told of being sexually tortured, of being sold in the "dirty bookstores of Kansas City"--["Daddy got money for letting men hurt us in the little rooms at the back of the store."]; they told of being forced to watch while other children were murdered--["They held our heads and made us watch."]; and they gave clues that matched newspaper articles about a missing and later found decapitated twelve-year-old local girl. [I mourned that child for eighteen years, not realizing that she had been dancing on the streets of heaven ever since the moment of her death.]

There were other details. These stand out, thirty-five years later. For years I could not look at or read what I had written down. It was too ghastly, too traumatic.

SOCIAL SUPPORTS

Suffice it to say, the authorities were not on my side. I tried to get help for my boys, knowing they needed help, but the local mental health godfather pointed to his PHd on the wall and assured me that he was much smarter than I, and that no father would do such things to his own children.

I explained that he had already confessed and had a record...but my lawyer told me to get out of town by that Friday or I would be put in a mental ward on drugs [I was five months pregnant with my fifth son] and my children would be taken away from me. So, we were forced to go back to the house where most of the abuse had taken place, in a Kansas City suburb.

My oldest child was not allowed to testify to the abuse in court because one had to be six and he was only five and a half at that time. I had never caught him in the act, so we were not allowed to bring charges.

I actually had a man who identified himself as a judge phone me and tell me I was not to speak a word of any of this to anyone. My response was to tell, him, "Sure, OK, anything you say," and then to tell everyone I ever knew anywhere what had happened. They left me alone after that!

My third son had never spoken up to this point. He was two and a half years old. His first words were "Daddy frew da wittle girl in da wake." Daddy threw the little girl into the lake. I guess this was to attempt to dispose of a body.

Fast forward. We relocated several hours away. A social worker told me just to give the boys a "good reality," that children are very resilient. So, that was the goal. I remained a zombie for almost six years--had great guilt for my sin and rebellion having brought this on my beautiful babies--and then made the conscious decision that I would like to live again.

The children went to public school; we actually all received more love there than in the Christian school I had so wanted them to attend in Kansas City. We eventually moved to North Carolina--an answer to prayer as I had prayed that if it ever became public about their father, I wanted my boys far removed from having to grow up under that stigma--they were totally innocent victims.

ARREST

Six months after we moved, my ex-husband was discovered having been entered into the Big Brother Program--he was actually PROMOTED into it by a sponsor on the Board--where he was found to have molested a thirteen-year-old boy.

He was given a 22-year sentence and may have served six years of that sentence. In the meantime, I found out from a police detective in Topeka that he and his second wife had become adoptive parents of three more children through a state foster parent program.

Their lives were quite sad, too. One tried to burn down his school. Another was put in foster care and attempted to molest children there....I forget at this time the story of the third. I believe their names were Eddie, Teddie, and Tracey.

As teenagers, the boys had access to the beach and to the mountains and to work opportunities after school here in North Carolina. It was a welcome move for us all.

One is a doctor; one is a dedicated pastor, one has his own business and just landed a lucrative contract with the state, one is a nurse and the last one is kind of freewheeling it in Hawaii these days.

Necro aka Ron Braustein invented the term "death rap" to describe his style of ultraviolent hip hop. This sub-genre of rap combines death metal beats with explicit raps about violence, death, the occult, and sex.

Brooklyn-based hardcore rapper Necro raised the bar for perversity in the late '90s and early 2000s with his music and films. Influenced by drugs, gore, pornography, and violence, Necro set out to incorporate these themes into his rapping. He effectively did so on his debut full-length, I Need Drugs (2000). The album featured drug songs (the title track, which is an interpolation of LL Cool J's "I Need Love"), gore songs ("Your Fucking Head Split"), porn songs ("Get on Your Knees"), and violent songs ("The Most Sadistic"). Moreover, Necro directed a video for "I Need Drugs" that featured people shooting up heroin and smoking crack while he rapped, and he also included lots of bizarre photos in the album's booklet.


Necro began his own label, Psycho + Logical Records, and created a website, www.necrohiphop.com, to market his music and movies. Following his debut album, Necro released a series of albums compiling random recordings of his from the '90s (mostly radio-aired freestyle performances and home demos) and followed up I Need Drugs with Gory Days (2001), a similarly exploitative effort. His films -- 187 Reasons Y (1997), The Devil Made Me Do It (1998) -- are just as perverse, if not more, modeled after old-school gore films as well as snuff and porn. Unsurprisingly, Necro aligned himself with various pornographers and began marketing their goods on his website as well, extending his brand name as far as he could.

The scary thing is that the same people who own our media also own our food supply. The huge food companies , the massive conglomerates, like 'General Foods', usually buy up/acquire any popular brand of food, and most probably adulterate it with chemicals.

General Foods for example is like General Electric or General Motors or General Dynamics (gigantic military contractor conglomerate)

This illusion of free market competition is all a farce. Its all centrally owned now, and probably always has been.

General Motors is now outright owned by the feds, as if it ever were any different. In the case of General Motors, that company is now known as Government Motors due to the 'bailout' farce.

Maybe they've just begun to stop the pretense of 'private ownership' by these 'tycoon' figureheads.

Maybe these purported 'entrepreneurial geniuses of capitalism' were a sham from the beginning, and were always the slaves of the banks which they were always dependent upon for financing all along.

What was once billed as a bank loan to a car company is now billed as a 'government bailout' of same company, by same bank. So what's really changed?

Maybe all that has changed , really, is that we the public, are being acclimated to the reality of the North American Union/Soviet Union /European Union/Teacher's Union era we are living.

Are the illusions of capitalism and entrepreneurship and nationalism and the American Dream now being phased out? Our 'media moguls' are a sham.The real owners are the bank families, as they
always were from the beginning. Maybe George Carlin said it best, the American Dream is for the sleeping. Rupert Murdoch and Sumner Rothstone work for Uncle Sam, who works for the banks that own him.

Most of the ads on TV come from these gigantic bank conglomerates like GM or GE or General Foods. Its only a matter of time until the same entity gathers together all the pharma giants under the honest label of 'General Drugs'. GD for short. Or gathers all the media giants under the label of 'General Media'.

Take one look at the rubbish the media feeds you as entertainment, and think that you are actually eating the food that the same people feed you. All of the food advertised on television is produced by the very people who create your TV programs, your child's edutainment mediums, from Ellen to MTV to 'reality TV' sadism and the Saturday morning cartoon/sitcom crap designed to derange the minds of children , and people are willing to actually EAT the chemicals fed them by the same people.
