Have you heard... "Concept of Social Security"?

Have you heard about "Concept of Social Security"? This is russian concept of living, developed by group of scientists. It tells about the levels of managing. The first is weapon (guns, rockets...), the second is genocid weapon (alcohol, tabaco, drugs, nclear weapon), the third is money... and so on... history, ideology, and vthe last is concept. Using this methods of managing the global process it is possible to rule the world. It is hard to express you the whole thing, because there are difficulties in language. However, I can give you a link, where you can find and read books written by this group of people. This is serious because two last president of Russian Fediration know this concept and government of many other countries too. Why David Icke and such people don't see each other? There are only language problem or more? Thank you and sorry for my english.
