has turned my life upside down,

i think i maybe a starseed? feel mental just thinking it.

after a big argument 2 weeks ago, i got in the bath to calm down,

i submerged myself under the water,

i could hear my heart working very fast and loud, could even hear clearly a small wheeze at the end of each beat.

i had a really loud electrical buzzing noise in my head whilst under water.

what the hell was that?

I remember I could not sleep for 3 nights when I came to the realisation that things were not as I thought they were.
The information takes time to settle in, otherwise you go around wearing purple shell suits

Next time you take a bath, perhaps place some raw / natural rose quartz and amethyst crystals in the water, let their energy infuse with the water

ive been collecting crystals for years, but only as pretty things, i had all of them in the bath with me, dont really know what im doing with them cleaning wise etc, ive got a carnelian so i dont need to cleanse them? but been trying to keep them close to me lately. only been aware of their vibrations and our vibrations etc in the last week or 2.

without trying to collect, i have accidently already got all the crystals for the chakras? collecting subconsiously maybe?, i have lots of things already? books on stars, my father gave me a print out of sky the day i was born. 07/07/1977

ive had a lump of labrodite for years, i read it was a good stone for clear thinking, so ive had it in my bra for a couple of weeks, also have found my apaches tear turning up in my car, in my pocket etc its like its following my around.

ive been going through some turmoil lately, came off antidepressants a month ago, i feel exhaused but my brain feels like it is on speed? i havnt seen anybody fior the 2 years i have been on them, off work sick, just crying in my bed.

i havent eaten for days - it seems like i have more energy, maybe from not digesting food?

i had a baby in jan11 and april 12, im nearly 2 stone lighter than before both pregnancies, another 3lb and i will have lost 5 stone including baby weight, not even by trying, its not a lie its all recorded on my wii fit lol.

since then i have contacted everybody i havnt seen in years,
been very open and honest with everyone, take it or leave it.
cant brush things under the carpet and plod on - in any relationship.

i think im thinking clearer than i have for a long time. other people would like to see me going back to dribbling on my bed!

Go with your intuition, work with the things you are guided to - it may be an animal (a popwer animal: cat, dog, wolf, eagle, fox etc) or a crystal - or a mixture of different energies, but try and be in the moment with them, explore the moment, maybe a crystal at a time - it's easy to overpower the senses sometimes if we work with new energies.

Remember to try and ground the energies though, this is perhaps why you are drawn to the Apache Tear and carnellian, other dark crystals such as smoky quartz makes excellent grounding stones to help ground energies - you don't want to float off


And always cleanse your crystals, after every time you use them give them a wash in some running water (no need for soaps) and let them to dry naturally.

Yes, you will be guided by your instincts, your first 'guide' if you like

Judy Hall wrote a really nice book called the Crystal Bible, it's a good book, but might trigger a spending spree in crystal shops

Sue and Simon Lilly have also written some good and down to earth books on crystals, if you need deeper information - but when you are able to tap into you're own intuition, as i think you can, then your intuition will guide you the best.

Do try to eat, if only a little - having babies will have drained you of minerals and nutrients etc - just try and eat healthilly a few times a day.

If you want to share your opinions, share them a little bit at a time - it's so easy to snowball people's minds into the bigger picture - but not all of them are ready to look at their reality with a critical eye, and they will understand it all better if they can digest a piece at a time.

Like sheepy said above, just take your time: put you and your children first, your true friends will always be true - and like you said it is important to be true to yourself and be strong in that truth and that love.

only ever used it to reference my "pretty stones" just to learn the names.
never read any of the "black magic" (programmed thinking i guess) descriptions of them.

dug out philips guige to the night sky, turn left at orion - guy consolmagno, and my binoculars -which have never been out of the box

ive never even opened these books, been moving them around with me for years, i dont even know why i have them ha ha

also dug out the print out of the sky when i was born - which i have also had for years and never given a second thought - it shows 5 planets in a line?
mars, venus, jupiter, sun, mercury. this means nothing to me ha ha?

eyes wide shut, even to my own possessions!
