Soldiers were today conducting checks at the Olympic Park as the crisis engulfing the company responsible for security at the Games deepened.

Troops have been drafted in to carry out bag examinations, X-ray scans and body searches after G4S failed to hire enough guards.

The move came as the Standard learned that students assigned front-line security roles by the firm had undergone interview questioning that lasted just five minutes — and described the process as “easy”.

In a day-long application process, candidates were briefly quizzed before being given a swift smell and sight test, with some comparing vodka and water

This does sound much the same to what that undercover reporter said.
However, if it turns out G4S has been given the contract knowing full well they`d fail (and with the intention of then totally militarizing the games at the last minute) it might just be that he was in on the plot when he gave those interviews.
as i said fruitugm we all knew about this , what have the forum done about it ,

Hi SO.

Firstly, your link to the SM experiment proves that 'anyone' is susceptible to influence from a power figure. It most certainly isn't just a military trait!

As for your other 2 posts, i can't speak for the US military but you'll ne pleased to hear that the UK military has a very strict policy on drugs, both prescription and otherwise.

Could the G4S foul-up be a deliberate act of sabotage so as to justify the police and army being drafted into London in larger numbers?
