When they are public, there is a little line under the number, it is under lined and it is a link.

The number isn't a link in this thread, it is for me on tinyints denial law thread for example, click the number and you see the user names.

I would do a new poll and let the mods close/remove this one..
Already done votes are not many yet, and its difficult to fix without directly accessing the database.

The public poll option is the second of the radio buttons, default is private.
