In my opinion, I am already doubting there will be elections. And things are so irreparably messed up, it really does not matter any more who sits on the throne.

When you think about it and how reckless they are now, they don't even bother to even disguise it much. Businesses are leaving and going to china, and the only jobs are minimum wage. We are finished over here in the states, manufacturing has been near totally gutted. I bullshit you not. I'm 65 and I have never ever see America this bad. I saw it in the postwar fifties with the economy booming. It coasted downward till 1990 and rapidly declined when the cold war ended. It will surely be 1929 over again or maybe more. My dead parents lived through that and two world wars

I am watching a local massive road construction project in my area that is in the pits of economic depression. A two lane road has a segment that expand to three lanes each direction, fenced off on both sides including concrete barriers, and a median strip wide enough for checkpoint booths to sit on. The amount of reinforcing rods and compacted gravel they used for the concrete roadbed, makes it strong enough for tanks.

I'll let you guys know when I see the checkpoint booths. I see about three more months of work at most to completion.

I'm dead serious, someone on the forums asked me in a different thread to take pics, I don't want to get caught doing that and be listed as a troublemaker/snoop.

I think we are looking at right before elections in Sept maybe, maybe sooner. I'm going to bed now, if I think about this too much I will shit the bed. Its' coming real

I apologize to all about the gloom and doom post, but I'm just reporting what my eyeballs have never seen before.

Thanks ritchs. IMO one of the biggest mistakes we humans make is to not listen to the older generation who do usually know what they are talking about when it comes to things like this because life occurs in cycles.

This is especially true when a person has had the opportunity to see changes occur over decades rather than years or months.

PS: I am 53 and my kids look at me funny when I talk about not locking your car, your back door and not having to show ID to go into a pub.

Makes you wonder, eh?

On the brighter side, a median strip large enough for booths, is also large enough for State Troopers to park on, when trying to catch speeders, and for emergency vehicles to clear wreckage after accidents. And roads that can bear the loads? Semi trucks are comparable to tanks, in weight. Hopefully its just spending money to create jobs and upgrade the infrastructure.. which is in bad shape in many areas, there have been collapsing bridges that have caused catastrophes.

I think after Syria they will destabilise and/or invade Lebanon before they try and destroy Iran.

Turkey will probably get involved at some point.

Because Lord Carrington & Henry Kissenger ensured that power in the former Rhodesia was transferred from the white minority government of Ian Smith to the black dictator, Robert Mugabe, you see Zimbabwe was the food basket of Africa, that small piece of land could feed the whole continent, and they could'nt have a fed Africa, cause that would mean a strong Africa.

So Mugabe is a placeman, and theres no way there going to get him, he has a very important job.

Mugabe WAS a placeman, the keyword is WAS. He has turned on them, just like Noriega, Saddam, etc. Even guys like Idi Amin were placemen who eventually turned.

The Pentagon isn't capable of moving on Syria. This isn't 2002.

Moscow has sent a ship carrying a small contingent of combat forces to guard Russia’s deep-water port and military base at the Syrian city of Tartus
can not see any thing about china to follow

i am betting a deal has been struck under the table between russia and the usa in the talks they have just had and that is a force to guard there assets when the SHTF

I don't understand why people still use US media.
It is full of lies.

Homs is under Syrian control, but in the countryside of Homs are terrorists.

Currently, the Syrian army prepare a large scale attack along the Syrian-Turkish border to prevent the terrorists to establish a safe zone.
The rebels are reported to be lacking supply as the critical battle nears.

The Syrians have captured foreign fighters, 2 reported from Libya, who spent first time in Guantanamo, and then send as "refugees" to EU countries, and from there with fake documents and arms via Turkey to Syria.

The coast line is reported to be secured by the Syrian forces.
