I have facebook on my blackberry, I only use it as a messaging service between friends even though most of them have my phone number, I know that when they have no credit on their phones they use facebook to keep in touch. Had a message from a friend through FB saying thank you to me for calling her last night and she was sorry she missed the call. Only thing is, I dont remember calling her. So I replied with such and said, perhaps I was leaning on the phone or something (like you do sometimes) I had been out socially, and normally she would have been with us but was low on petrol in the car and like the rest of us, has a bit of a budget to stick to. But I certainly dont remember calling her. I even looked through my phone records to see if I had accidentally called her but there was nothing listed. The last call I made was 2 days ago to tell someone I would be late for an appointment as I'd missed the bus. Thinking nothing more of it, Ive carried on with my usual day and then the phone starts blinking at me (anyone with blackberrys will know what I mean. That little red light that flashes when the phone is on silent.) Picked it up and there is an email from blackberry apps advertising a recommended app for me to stop unwanted phone calls. (it cost £1 so I didnt buy it, and I didnt want it anyway) Considering there wasnt even a missed call listed on my actual phone, is someone tracking my private messages on FB? Thankfully I dont use Fb for anything confidential, usually just smalltalk and my social life.
