Look on a birth certificate and you will see it says:
A CERTIFICATE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF IDENTITY

So it is not legally proof the bearer is the person named on it.

THAT IS THE SCAM

So if it cannot be used as evidence of identity then why do the Police ask for this information?
Because if you accept this document you accept being a corporation and not an individual free person (which you are or at least were before the Crown registered you on your Birth Certificate).

Apperently, the BBC wants brittons to make a street party in the Queens Jubilee, and as they wave their flags, they should start singing "LONDON'S BURNING" while the MOD Chief activates the rockets over their homes. The City of London IS the square mile. The fire destroyed buildings to the ast within the walls mainly. The square mile IS the financial 'City OF London. It doesn't have to be exactly where the main buildings are now to be relevant.

They (the police) ask for a bit more info than name and D.O.B. If you don't give it to them then they can arrest you for "obstruction". Even if you haven't been charged with a crime the police will still take your fingerprints and DNA. Welcome to the uk (police state/dump).
