Yes i had a win last week. My car which is uninsured and not taxed was towed away .I never consented to any of it and yesterday won the court case

My car was released and im now driving round without insurance or tax

And some people say FMOTL does not work

what method or defense did you use? what reason did you give for having no tax or insurance? cool if true, but would need to see more details of your case.
do you have alternative insurance that covers driving, also how old is your car, some classics are tax exempt.

Looking forward to getting full details of this alleged FOTL win. I agree regarding sight of the court documents and will be interested to learn, amongst other matters-

1. whether the car was seized by the police, a licensed clamper or an unlicensed clamper;
2. the grounds for seizing it in the first place;
3. the FOTL arguments allegedly accepted by the court;
4. the basis on which the car was released.

The car is getting crushed next week

The dream felt so real that i had won.

Oh well time to buy another car and this time buy tax and insurance.

Come on who really believed i could drive around with out tax and insurance

The anti-FOTLites immediately jumped in to ask pertinent questions and the FOTLites were nowhere to be seen.

Does this mean that the anti-FOTLites are genuinely interested in the claims being made and the FOTLites know that the claims are really just a load of b******s, as has been said many times on this sub-forum?

Or does it just mean that there are no FOTLites left in the world?

In theory FMOTL is very good .The problem is the corporations run the courts and they dont give a f**k about law.

In the pursuit of the so called freedom people have lost cars and houses etc.

Even John Harris mentioned to be free you have to be willing to lose everything

Which is great if you have a rich family or friends but if your on your tod your screwed .

I have yet to see any evidence that the courts are run by corporations.
(ETA: Just in case, an entry in D&B is not evidence of the existence of a company.)

The courts do "give a fuck" about the law, they enforce the laws of the country. The problem is the fotl have recently invented their own version of law and claim that their law is the real law. Considering the courts have been operating for many hundreds of years enforcing the law as it has developed and the fotl along with their new made up law have only surfaced in England in the past ten years or so, I would say the fotl are the ones who do not understand law.

You would still get your car seized. Yes, you could go out and buy another one but that too would be seized. Eventually the rich fotl would end up in jail just like a poor one would.
