Orange Triad combines key vitamins, minerals, and nutrients for supporting optimal digestion, immune system, and joint health into one "twice daily" dietary supplement.* The Joint and Flex Complexes help lubricate joints and cartilage as well as increase the resiliency of connective tissue, while the Digestion and Immune Complex includes digestive aids, and nutrient partitioning agents to take your performance to the next level.*

Agreed - not cheap either! Plus I saw a forum discussion about it - apparently it contains a yellow dye....
People go on about 'big pharma' then fall straight into the arms of 'little pharma'. The great vitamin scam.. The best thing people can do is eat as healthily as they can.
Some however may need certain supplements ie older people not going out may need vitamin D. And certain people may need B12. But if you seriously do need the latter you can get an injection via the national health. Best to get a test done to find out if you are deficient and in what (and why) rather than fork out on unnecessary and possibly dangerous supplementation.
Don't forget also that certain vitamins and herbs can react with medication.

If you're diabetic, you can take any multivitamin. The human body is amazing in that whatever it doesn't need is just pee'd out during the course of the day.

As mentioned elsewhere the best thing is to increase your veggy intake. That will cover you, plus you'll get your mineral and vitamins over the course of the day.

There is no substitute for a good diet spread out over the day.

Anyone used the products of www.hempusa.org ? I'm thinking of the micro plant powder for myself. Anyone know of a stockist in the UK? They also claim that it removes Chemtrails.

good advice, i also believe that natural vitamins are way better than synthetic ones. make a smoothie out of five fruit/veg with breakfast and your sorted. that said any source of minerals should be the same.

Has anyone tried Sanatogen A to Z multivitamins and minerals?

I'm a vegetarian and started using them years ago and I've noticed that the amount of B12 they put in them has reduced - probably with government guidelines.

If I don't get B12 I don't notice any adverse side effects but if I go without Iron I become anaemic.

I'm worried that these lower doses may be affecting me in some way.
