Good question, I find that my Iphone loads pages faster and is actually better than my desk top or lap top. I wonder if that is because it is actually simpler and not downloading tons of cookies or other nonsense while you browse.

It must be something with the flash players, thats the feeling I am getting anyway.

I love my I phone BTW, my mom handed me down hers when she bought the 4g or whatever it is and it is like brand new. I dont use it as a phone since I dont have ATT and nor do I want to spend money on that fascist NWO company. I use the I phone off the free wireless in my building and it works awesome, I love it!

Yeah, same thing. Sometimes I can let the video buffer completely, so its not downloading while playing and it still jumps, stutters and the sound ends up out of sync.

Ever since the last time they altered the layout.

Doesnt matter the qulaity of video (even happens on 240p videos) or wether im downloading anything at the same time.

Most of the time it works OK, but every so often the site is unusable. Sometimes even typing comments the text entry lags and crashes the browser.

Tried firefox, IE and chrome....all the same.

It's becoming unwatchable for me because 'x isn't available in your country'.

Flash acts like bloody malware

I'm glad it's not just me anyway, this is a pretty new computer (1 year) with plenty of RAM. But....I actually have more trouble with BBC i-player than youtube at the moment (although some youtubes don't work).

I could never go online without adblock! It even gets rid of the ads in youtube vids,by the way,for anyone who doesn't have it yet

Youtube also utilises s.ytimg .com. Be wary of that.

Yeah, dailymotion is more reliable! Seems youtube pulls viewers in and then pulls the service rug from under our feet.

'I'm not exaggerating!
That said, I don't recall seeing the 32bit tagged on the end.
Maybe the old ones better? Wouldn't surprise me tbh, the more powerful PC's get the lazier the programmers get.

Making crap like that start up by default is bloody criminal imho.
Its no wonder PC's take ages to boot up eventually. '

Andyh, in advance I offer thanks if you answer and I am not around to answer, but you seem computer savvy, my computer was pretty fast, but now adays seems to be slowing, only two things on start up, seperate anti virus and firewall, have not updated windows in ages, the only thing updated is the anti virus which is avast, a while back this prog was small and did it's job efficiently, now it seems to want to join the big boys and do a lot more, a recent update led to an option of evaluating websites, cut than out and deleted it wanting to keep the prog small, there are delays and I point my finger at this prog, avast anti virus used to be good, a small prog which did it's job brilliant, Andyh, if you know of any other decent anti virus free prog which is small and only designed to do the job it's supposed to do and nothing more, then I welcome your reply, thanks. Oh the firewall is small and does it's job brilliant, comodo, no probs there.

Agree with than, the progs and games squeezed out of the old 8 bit systems such as the commodore 64 defy belief, 49k to play with, but what surprises they came up with.

Mine does this too, i usually preload them too, now instead of buffering fully, it'll just stay ahead maybe 5 minutes maximum, this is also on things like Coast to Coast vids, which are audio only.

I'm an amatuer web developer, I did a few tests on their site and was shocked at how poorly its coded, I found over 100 bugs on one page. My sites nowhere near as complex but as far as I know it doesn't have any!

Go to any other video on another site and it seems to work fine.
Yup, I get this too (on a 4 year old Amilo pi2515 dual-core 2gb lappy, so not flash but certain should not be struggling with Youtube)....

Noticed the buffering just now, what is it? I have 4GbRAM and dedicating gaming shiz, I don't think YouTube's taxing my machine.
