Default Strange lines on radar

I was looking at the radar earlier and saw this strange pattern when I zoomed out to 512 KMs.

I have just looked again and it is still there.

If you check the link you will notice that it is a repetitive thing and nothing at all to do with the rain.

Good find.

I've checked the other capitals and nothing similar is going on.

Seems to be radiating out of, or into Brisbane.

The only thing I can think of that might begin to explain it is that the 512km view is a composite image, though I don't know why that would matter.

Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary about the weather up there today?

No not really. The weather has been pretty eratic everywhere this year so eratic is the norm.

Yeah it is a composite. It is probably 8 hours since I last looked at the radar and these lines are the same as they were then. I have never noticed them before in a composite shot. Dunno.

I'm on the same site checking Melbourne and South Australia every few days and always look at the 512km composite and haven't seen anything like that before.

Some boffin will probably have a technical explanation, but if it was weather modification it could still look like that anyway, so any technical explanation still leaves room for doubt.

I found a weather modification site not long ago boasting the Qu Gov as a client.
So we do know they have paid for weather modification but whether that explains the lines is another thing.

Oh, they have admitted it

The lines are now breaking up and don't look nearly as sinister as they did. It was a definite sweeping action.

Something to do with the storms in New Zealand ?

1000 miles away across the ocean but radiating out to that direction.

Notice how the "anomalies" are radiating around the radar site ?
That is an obvious sign that it is a radar based anomaly, not of another source.
