Reverse osmosis sucks out the minerals. It's one of the worst substances you can out in your body. It is completely unnatural water.

The best water is from the melting snows and glaciers in spring
It is the reason why birds travel thousands of miles to come back to northern parts and drink that water prior to making of their offspring.

Kangen water
Has anybody here experience with Kangen water?
It's supposed to separate out the alkaline and acidic parts of the water and those are then used for different purposes. |

Osmosis is good, if one add minerals after lika himalya / sea salt.

Osmosis is good but you do have to have minerals we drink sparkling water bottled water to add minerals into our diet.
