all sounds very exciting but er, what's occuring exactly?
I'm assuiming his mortgage "loan" is null an void and he gets to keep his house 'for free'... but what''s the techincality exactly? There still seems to be a few "if's" he mentions? so it's not a done deal yet?

I believe the main "If" is that no case has ever been fought re:mortgage lending (with the risk's mentioned in the vid) so it's a first! Hopefully, it'll go in favour of the mortgagee's as it did in Greece recently

we been hangin in there for almost 4 years.
over a year now since they forced us out.. it's all fraud.. takes time to bring big banksters down..
