Perhaps the Social Engineers don't want you to access good nutritional information.
If you ignore the warning you get a login page, maybe that has something to do with it. It was actually a set of interviews with Sally Fallon from the W A Price Foundation that started the chain of research that led to me ditching a wholly plant based diet. That is odd. I always trusted the advise of Weston Price. I guess that somebody hacked the site. I had my forums hacked before so I know how it feels. I find it hard to understand the kind of thinking that leads somebody to do that.

I tried the Weston Price website and did not get the warning today. It's always been one of my favorite and most trusted websites in the past.
I eat a lot of beans and brown rice and according to Weston price I should be soaking, sprouting and fermenting them to reduce the phytic acid. http://www.westonaprice.org/food-fea...th-phytic-acid After reading this I'm going to have to start learning how to ferment more foods. I already eat a lot of miso which isn't even mentioned. I didn't like it at first but I really miss it if I don't have it every day. I also use a lot of cider vinegar, which is fermented. I read in another article that it is important to have healthy intestinal flora in another article in order to help digest phytic acid. |

See www.red23.co.uk for fermented veges etc.
Juice red beetroots, garlic cloves strongest type on stems, white onions, red grapefruits, limes, lemons.root ginger, apples organic, oranges, dandelion leaves from gardens and nettles. Hedgerows are full of sweet blackberries now. For those who can afford it invest in an Omega Vert juicer from UK juicers, see www.omegajuicer.com Well worth money. Abnormal cells are put right with raw red beetroots, fermented foods and vitamin C so above will suffice. Last edited by blue2; 12-09-2012 at 05:34 PM. |

Weston Price's real contribution was simply recognizing that people were degenerating physically through diet. The damage to people's bone structures is really mind-shattering once you recognize it and know what to look for.
And in my own experience, just knowing how important bone structure is, it's sad people don't know about the cranial techniques out there to fix it. Sure would make us a lot more beautiful and functional collectively |
