I always ask, down in the United States, who has the most rights and gets the best health care on the planet? The Illegal Mexicans! They don't need a drivers license, they don't need any ID, they get free health care, free education, cheques every second week from the government. They get the best of everything, with none of the statutory obligations attached to it. So that should tell you right there this is true! Because that's living proof of it! And everybody's pissed off, Dam illegal Mexicans! coming up here, getting everything for free! So you know don't be pissed off at them because you don't have the courage to do the same thing. That's when they tried to give them all drivers licences a couple of years ago, everybody was like, NO! i cant believe your going to give them drivers licenses in our country, there not even here legally! If they have no ID they cant be charged at all for any crime! They were trying to do a good thing by giving them drivers a license! To say well ya these people are driving like idiots and killing motorists on the highways, and acting like idiots and we cant regulate them! Lets give them all drivers licenses so we can regulate them and TAX them! That's just proof! that's the most empirical proof I have of everything I'm talking about, is the situation in the US with the immigrants. You cannot buy proof like that!" . . . . I watch alot of videos about how to protect my rights from evil kidnapping racist police, and guess what, I have no been arrested since, before then I would get arrested and beaten all the time, for things, such as skateboarding. |

The problem with trying to debunk freeman claims on this forum is that sometimes the line between law and philosophy gets blurred in discussions. So, the best thing for me to address is Clifford's claim that the government obeys "the law" as he describes it. This is not a philosophical or moral question, it is one determined by simple facts through empirical observation.
If you clarify that you are only using a vehicle for travel, not commerce, will the government allow you to travel in vehicle freely without a license? If you clarify that you are a natural flesh-and-blood man or woman, not a corporation, person, or government employee, and that you do not consent to paying taxes, will the government agree that you don't have to pay taxes and not send armed men after you to forcibly collect them? If you clarify that you are a natural flesh-and-blood man or woman, not a corporation, person, or government employee, and that you do not consent to obeying statutes, will the government agree that you don't have to obey statutes and not send armed men after you to enforce them? I claim that the answer to the above questions is a resounding NO. Clifford does not seem to agree. So, before we proceed, is this really what we're disputing right now? Whether or not the government cooperates with this? I can post plenty of evidence showing that the governments of Canada, Britain, and the United States don't regard freeman claims as valid, but I want to make sure that that is indeed the subject under discussion, not philosophical or moral quandaries. |

this is what I do.
when the policia try to engage conversation, I say, I am going to reach for my notepad, I start writing, even before they ask my name, before they get a chance to ask my name, I say, I am going to press record on my voice recorder, which i dont have but pretend i have one on my phone or mp3 player. by now they are WTF. ok now they want my name, UHHH nope, can I please have your names and badge numbers, by now I have the car number, their names and badge numbers. at this point I ask , may I ask what I am being stopped for, last time they said we are investigating break and enters into vehicles, may we please search your backpack, I willingly show them inside my backpack, at this point I ask if I am free to go, and because I was not driving I do not need to show them ID. I am not obstructing justice, I am protecting my freedom. Have a nice day. If I was skateboarding, I probably would have got arrested that time. I have been to jail many times for skateboarding. edit im not a pro at this and you need to be quick and smart, and have confidence. you can also do things like, ask. are you a public servant, can you please read me your oath.
