Either your are extremely naive or dishonest. This is a training film. I would not be surprised if it consisted of footage from several explosions and reenactments from various soldiers or actors. Did you not notice all of the jump cuts and changes in perspective? It was not a documentary.

The flaws you mention in the video (rectangular cloud) are most likely compression artifacts. I have noticed these errors on videos I have made and unloaded to You Tube. I thought everyone knew about the limitations of converting and compressing films to flv video format. Why is it that you do not?

If you want to find out anything of value from these films, I suggest that you contact the producers and find out exactly what footage they used to produce them. Until you do this, you have nothing.

From talkingsicktv Declassified Nuclear Test film #20 we have a sequence from 18:48 to 20:33 dealing with the supposed $cientific investigation into the flash effects on the eyes of rabbits and monkeys.

First of all some out of sequence frames which show that the end plates on the monkey containment boxes do not overlap the box sides.
Also some shots where the film uses real animals and others where the animals are stuffed dummies.

　

Frame at 20:15. Note the box endplate. The clown in the shot has no expertise as an Ophthalmic Optician ...lol.

　
Frame at 20:22 Here you see the actor clown, rather than looking into the dummy monkey's eye is pointing the viewing instrument at it's mouth.
We can now deduce that fake nuclear weapons, as well as producing fake chorio-retinal burns in the eyes of fake monkeys, also produce fake tooth decay that can be treated by fake Hollywood dentists!

Observe the two monkeys already installed in the array shelves. The top one is a dummy and the lower one is a movie clip placed over the lower dummy. Note the difference in brightness between the dummy box endplate and the lower pasted movie clip.
The movie clip of the monkey being inserted is correctly aligned with the bottom of the box BUT PROTRUDES OVER THE TOP OF THE BOX!!!!!!.

A few frames later .....see frame annotation of anomalies. You can see the assistant actor's right hand partly obscured by the top of the inserted movie frame, thumb poking above the inserted clip and fingers resting on the top of the box. The position of the clip of the monkey being inserted is now completely wrong and overlaps both the top and bottom of the containment box.

Bull$hit! I am aware of compression artifacts and I have a fair knowledge of the special effects techniques available at the time the films were faked.

1)The circular anomaly with no flash in the distance is obviously faked.

2)The "white out" is obviously faked. It's duration is too long.

3)The blast wave "dust storm" is obviously faked.

4)The disappearing/reappearing "magic mushroom" is obviously faked and it's omission from the faked blast wave dust storm shots is absolutely conclusive.

Yet you ignor these points and try to pass them off as "flaws". Typical troll tactics. As easy as 123 to spot.

While I'm on the subject of 123 can you provide a link to the videos you made and posted on YouTube which show compression artifacts? Would I be correct in thinking this is your YouTube channel? You are not correct. I am ranb40 on youtube. When I noticed how poor the quality of my uploads were, I rendered them as DVD quality on my PC then uploaded them again.
