The plan has been in place for the past 20000 years or more to achieve a state of human cannibalism by the same human genus that first lost control during the first age of human cannibalism.

Before Atlantis or bluntly the time when the canary islands where a Atlantic continent, a genus of human being has been attempting to achieve world dominance for the pure goal of cannibalizing the human species in a
controlled environment. A controlled environment that includes breeding, feeding and selection of the species for consumption.

I speculate but will not state that even the Atlantic people knew of the history of the first age of cannibalism for the sole reason that they had either been the descendants of the first ruling age of cannibals or
they where they first refugees of the first age of cannibalism..I lean more to wards the first. It is that the first ruling bloodlines and genus of cannibals who had succeeded in achieving a grossly large and efficient
cannibal society on the continent of Europe that included breeding and herding of the human species had been forced to retreat into the sea after a massive rebellion occurred by those who where being cannibalized.
This cannibalization had taken place for many generations and millennium and the rebellion of the cannibalized was the first awakening of conscious by modern man.
With in this time the cannibals who had retreated into the sea took with them the knowledge that they where the rulers of the earth for they did in fact control and cannibalize the lesser of the species for such great time.
They who turned into the Atlantis did also take with them their higher technology that included the sciences of control and behavior management philosophical understandings all of these technologies that they had achieved to master whilst in the practice of cannibalization...And Of those who had been cannibalized and had won there freedom through rebellion there minds where obviously as innocent to the world around them as a Cow or a Pig would be as for a millennium they were simply the food of the ruling cannibals.. These liberated cannibalized humans began to identity with the world around them and to create a moral structure that was not based in the instinctual ancestral Survival of the fittest moral code that operates as the universal law of the wild beast.

This Survival of the fittest moral code that was the first great awakening of human consciousness and also the basis of the morality of the first ruling genus of human cannibals..

The history of humans was in its Second great awakening of Conscience and it was governed by Right and Wrong both the fleeing cannibals and the liberated cannibalized would have achieved a consciousness of right and wrong
through the rebellion of the Cannibalized humans and realizing that not only they where the food of other humans but that the identification would have been made that they were one species with one another.
And thus a conscious of Right and Wrong would give birth to the Morality of Mankind.

This has been the ground work completed.

And what is to fallow is how it ties into the NWO.

It may be speculated that many ages of passed and that many ages of human conscious have passed since this time I have described as the dawning of the second age of mankind that being morality. How ever mankind is still
existing within the second age of human consciousness.

The retreating families with whatever names you wish to give them even if you wish to say they are the 13 bloodlines or the fallen angels or the anunaki alien race, they are the old gods.... The old gods of the liberated
cannibalized, yet they are not gods or supernatural beings.. They are human beings and they are in the process of learning new technologies that will enable them to once again cannibalize their own species..The cannibals do
not believe they are the same species as those they cannibalize a belief rationalized through the conscious code of morality.
