There seems to be a lot more than simply sharing concepts when actually meeting people. And that, for some people, is a wonderful clue pointing away from concepted ideas towards the simple, actual, alive presence of this obvious moment which has never denied anyone a constant invitation to simply be. PM me and we'll chat for real, Opas23.

OK thanks, that explains a lot. I wonder what would happen, if all so called 'power' was depleted and there was only 'less' left, almost nothing. Then, perhaps, there would be nothing to avoid the apparent fear. What then? This is always a possibility...when 'defenceless', fear can lose it's sting as surely as death and maybe welcomed as a coming home to something 'we' seemed to be going in the opposite direction for. There are no rules to this, but it certainly appears to be seemingly harder and a longer route if 'more power' is desired to thwart/integrate/avoid fear. It seems very egoic doesn't it. ![]() All the best, Opas23.

![]() Maybe that could be referred to as 'awakened', I dunno. ![]() I am nothing special and don't consider myself anything other than a down to earth normal guy who has found absolutely nothing! Opas23.

And what would happen if that whole idea or theory were dropped, just for a moment? What would be left? Is there an apparent attachment to a belief going on here? Maybe there is another way, or 'wayless way' if you will...the final piece in the jigsaw, which the theorizing hasn't yet contemplated. All the best now, Opas23.

This is why I would like to invite you into a live experiment with myself. If you or anyone else is interested in participating in this live experiment then do PM me as some of you already have, and we'll have some great fun seeing how easy and simple certain complicated concepts can be immanently celebrated in the appearance of this present moment. Success rate has been very encouraging indeed. All the best my brother, Opas23.

What kind of experiment do you have in mind? I have noticed that my discipline when doing the experiments in practice is a bit lacking. I tried recently to test J. Krishnamurti's idea that choice is confusion and remove choice from my daily life for a week, a kind of choiceless awareness experiment. I soon forgot about it. So now I have reduced the test so that I only try to reduce my choices, instead of trying to remove them completely.

The feedback from people participating in this experiment has been great. It's very ancient and at the same time made new and fresh by being utilised presently. Although I find it very difficult to describe, I shall attempt to do so with the most simple words I can... ...we'll talk for a while, kind of like self enquiry, and see how it goes from there as the experiment has a way of unfolding in it's own way which is never the same for everyone. PM me and we'll get started OK.

I don't know for sure if choice is an illusion or not. But even if free will is real, to at least reduce the choice-making is a good idea I thought, because J. Krishnamurti seems to be correct about choice being confusion.
Instead of choice to focus on co-creation instead. Choice means an initial uncertainty between this and that. That uncertainty is confusion! So instead of letting the mind start making choices, to stay in the confusion. Then people may think: well, that sucks even more, to stay in confusion. But the idea is to stay in confusion until it starts to dissolve and then clarity emerges. |

For some, the confusion of 'choice' has completely and utterly vanished into thin air! lol The strange and liberating thing about this, can be the absolute and overwhelming recognition that there never was a choice at all, ever. This can be the source of much laughter and freedom to celebrate remembering this obviousness. So in this context, the phrase 'choice being confusion' makes absolute and perfect sense.

Is self inquiry a way of becoming more aware of yourself?
