All bullshit off the table. Ego is just a sexy word for your individual consciousness. The problem is a weak ego and the symptoms it produces. If one gets into the ancient texts the enlightenment and the death of the ego was the process of transformation into the super or god ego(superconsciousness).

Today it seems this never ending attack on the individual's conscious would also parade around under spiritual terms.

You can't.

Well, as for me, not that I even don't know what I've read,
sometimes I even don't know if it was me who read it in a first place.
Because when someone describes what he/she was reading,
and if his/her impression is honest and strong I can pick that up.
Human wireless.

And then I'm like... Was it me, or you?

Opas23
This line is the point,
"like hiding the stolen goods in your pocket and then declaring yourself innocent!"

This is not only simple but intimate. It goes directly to the point.

i love this stephen jourdain guy, currently reading one of his books. a bit eccentric, but somehow very likeable. isn't it that most of these enlightened beings have a quite freaky character?

Totally wild, spontaneous, radical, raw, naked life.

This is why it can't be formalized, but pointed at, whilst it's happening.

Crazy Love.

Yeah, when you posted earlier about this 'somehow' with regard certain moments being comfortable, and others not.

If you remember, we went through all of this the other night, and, dare I say it {yes, go on, I will} a bliss switch was found, and turned on in less than five seconds.

But this can only be investigated by the 'how' of the movement, colour, speed, direction, sound, distance etc...and 'how' they differ from their apparent opposite?

The apparent opposite sensations are not opposites as such, but the same essential elements, but in a different order or direction {hence the problem already having the solution within the apparent problem}.

We also spoke about the 'deletion' of conscious processes which have been taken over by the so called unconscious {mechanism}, and simply putting the attention on that, and subsequently making changes within seconds to some patternings which have run for years and years.

Long winded to type, but easier to do m8! lol

Namaste.

as well as the other way round: storing newly learned mechanisms in the unconscious until they become effortless

true self-confidence is the confidence that everything will be done spontaneously by this storehouse of the unconscious, which is close to if not the direct source of everything itself!

From one of the Stephen Jourdain videos:

Q: Intelligence, what does it mean to be intelligent?

SJ: Well, it's very subtle, because intelligence is, in my opinion... You see, we mix everything. We mix intelligence, that fantastic gift where to understand something is a shock, its very shocking each time we understand really something, not superficially-- even on the pure intellectual level, well, it's a shock, a commotion, and that commotion reminds me of the ultimate commotion I live and living of pure consciousness. It is the way we use our intelligence which is in cause and which makes the hallucination.
