Being a vegetarian doesn't make you weak. Personally, I don't go to doctors. I haven't eaten any animal products for over 8 years and I don't get sick. Google vegan and start looking into the correct ways to feed your body. The health ranger is a good place to start. Milk sucks and the mad cowboy are also good. As for healing yourself, there is a lot of information on the net for alternative medicine and you could also look on the Medical/Health board on the forum. With LOVE. ________________________________ WHEN PAIRED OPPOSITES DEFINE YOUR BELIEFS, YOUR BELIEFS WILL IMPRISON YOU. |

In addition to western medicine, maybe you could also take a look at ayurveda, which is based on thousands of years of knowledge and experience.

Sorry can't help with what the doctors gave you never heard of that before.
I have been vegetarian for about 10 years, I've not had a cold for two years, or any virus that is going about, I've visited sick ppl with viruses and not been infected. My theory is that being vegetarian boosts the immune system. Karl Lewis the fastest olympic runner on the planet is a vegan. as long as you get enough of the right foods and enough sunlight (natural vitamin D) you'll be okay. www.vegetariansociety.com |

Another additional tool I want to mention is the raw power of the mind. For example, to begin in a simple way to ask oneself if the body/mind can heal itself. A form of guided/controlled doubt.

Of course, there's the possibility that you genuinely do need some sort of medical help. No doctor, alternative health practitioner... no one! is as much an authority on how you feel as you are.
I also used to have an issue with my veins, but not in my head though. For most of my life, my veins were well below the surface of my skin. Several years ago, I started feeling a crawling sensation and i noticed that my veins would protrude above my skin on my arms and legs. I'd feel depressed and confused. Also, I had a chronic rash. Then the attack, or whatever it was, would subside. I stopped drinking tap water and started drinking only water from a natural spring close to where I live. I placed a charcoal filter in line with the tap water that goes into my shower. I seem to be OK now. I wish you the very best. -Joe G. |

My diet isnt particularly healthy though, so I dont got much insight about it though. I hope its nothing but good luck and good recovery if any is needed. Maybe that previous post helps you more than than mine Seems to be some practical knowledge about something similar.

Greetings & Salutations! If you are not dead you still have a fighting chance. Think positive. 2 essentials for Life: Water and Natural Mineral Salt(not processed table salt) Many illnesses are due to a lack of Natural Salt in your system. Every cell in your body has an electrical value and Salt is critical to maintain that balance. I add a pinch of SeaSalt to nearly everything I prepare. especially those yummy T-Bones. Natural Salt also prevents the food from rotting whilst it travels through your systems. After Water, Salt is most neccessary. Check out Life Nutrition.com and 2Tuff(craig oxley) at the Unhived Mind website. Heres to better health in your future! |
