the only bit i could get was the YNA, which is quite clear compared to the first 4 figures....

You wont believe this....but according to several websites, there is NO VEHICLE on UK roads with a reg plate that read MI71 YNA......

EDIT: According to the DVLA.

But thats what its looks like. The only other letter it could be would be a W.

More likely Mossad they tend to be behind these sorts of things.
More riots mean more contracts for Israeli security companies to train UK police forces.
