Has this resolved itself ? You posted it so long ago.
Paroxsysmal afib,is very hard to deal with,and you do NOT want to end up being cardioverted,if you can avoid it. Have been diagnosed with PA,or do you get palpatations ? You might want to eliminate all stimulants from your diet. Caffiene,artificial sweetners of all kinds,foods with carageenan in them . I would also go fully organic. All the extra steroids poisons and antibiotics,in all our foods,doesn't help . Where are you with this right now ? |

You need to take Magnesium.
I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve prolapse which gave me what they called "palpitations. I took Magnesium and it seemed to correct it. I took about 500 mg per day. I haven't had any problems in over 20 years. Of course take a balanced supplement too. AND do not use MSG or Aspartame. Read labels.
