hi all, i haven't posted for a while, has anyone else been ill or aches and pains? it's been a few months of pain but i am getting well again so can restart my icke meditations. i do TM and adding ickes every heart makes a difference makes me personally feel that i am doing something to help our beautiful planet earth

i think the trapped energies in the earth are somehow being felt by some of us and hopefully it is all being processed and a great cleansing is taking place. love and peace

Still sending the love but big shock going on. My husband has suddenly been diagnosed with serious heart problem. After a lifetime of working with and using only alternative therapies and nutrition etc. you can imagine the culture shock of being faced with doctor and hospital appointments and being on a waiting list which hopefully will not be too long. There is a big lesson here for both of us but at the moment we are gob smacked. Love to everyone out there doing this work.

I just finished a meditation for the first time in weeks. I haven't gotten around to it in so long because of both school and work. Started it in the summer, but it became difficult to do when my schedule became cramped. Apologies for not participating in a while. Nevertheless, after doing it today for the first time in a long time, damn does it feel good! The jet stream of energy I felt as my spine tingled and surged is something I nearly forgot about in those long weeks. It's quite rejuvenating.
