It could be a food intolerance. Can you list a typical menu for a few days?

Do you know your blood type?

Oh hi,

There's a theory that blood type O's cannot properly digest grains and experience symptoms on high carb diets. Do you have any other symptoms aside from the bloating? I think you mentioned you're tired a lot and get aches and pains?

The diet you mentioned is mostly grains and carbs. I'm wondering if this is what is causing the extreme bloating? Would you be willing to change your diet around a bit? Just for a few days to see if you feel any different? If it is food causing the bloating you should get instant relief.

You seem like you don't eat much so I'm thinking some kind of berry and yogurt for breakfast, meat/fish and veggies/greens for lunch with olive oil and nuts or egg with veggies/sweet potato for dinner?

It's up to you of course. It's a really nice, light way of eating. It's feel-good food and it's nourishing, anti-inflammatory and healing to a sore digestive system from all those grains! Eating this way is more expensive but if it makes you feel better..

Glutten intolerance. Cut out ALL wheat products for a week. Iy will be obvious if this is the problem or not.
Rice and oats are fine as are other flours. Meat (if you eat it) dairy, fruits and vegies.

Dairy intolerance, if the above isn't it, try taking out all diary.

Sorry to say but your diet is very poor and unimaginative. Gluten is a huge problem with bloating as are artificial and refined sugars and coffee and tea contains Theobromine and it will alter your digestive state and is an irritant.

Snack on raw celery, raw carrots instead and raw organic apples, raw sweet potato too. Raw nuts in shells pref like pistachios, cashews, brazils. Village Bakery,Melmerby do nice snacks like pumpkin and cranberry snack bars and nor refined sugars and is gluten free, diary free, wheat free, in some Supermarkets too !

Keep off white potatoes,and dairy.

Herbal teas like Yogi.

You are feeding parasites, candida albicans overgrowth.

See www.harmonikireland.com for paracleanse, but they also have an excellent Colon Cleanse which will rid body of candida too, and also www.phkillscancer.com for protocol.

You need to be juicing vegetables and some fruits but not pears too much sugar, raw,if can afford Omega Vert cold pressed juicer from UK Juicers would be ideal but you need around 4 litres daily to do it correctly, then you get what your body needs to feed it instead of hunger from poor foods giving you hunger pangs to need to snack.

Spelt is better tolerated by some, like Biona organic spelt penne pasta, but i'd keep off even that for a good time,do that colon cleanse if you can afford to as above. Spelt grain for sprouting...into wheatgrass would be good too, your body is starved of nutrients.

Eat raw but deep clean first.

Do you feel sickly at times?

I use E3 Enzymes from Kiki see detoxyourworld.com too and Fresh Network. Hope it helps.

4 liters a day of juices Wowzer. That's got to be at least 5 kg of food. That sounds like a tonne of sugar, even if it's all veggies and no fruit - any candida will luuurrrrv that.

Please note i said after the particular Colon Cleanse i pointed out. No you are wrong it is ther glutenous and refined sugars and to limit fruits like pears are a no no, fruits like berries and odd apple here and there but organic veges without pesticides are best and like i said (no white potatoes) in fact most of Deadly Nightshades. Juicing is easier to digest once candida out the way and keeping off the gluten and wheat and junk.

Don't try to tell your mother how to suck eggs been there worn the worst T shirt on this subject almost to death of me back in the nineties.

Google Opiod Peptides because the brain gets poisoned by the gluten and casein in milk and it's products and lactose.Hence sleepiness and brain fog and with parasites that elongate from colon into stomach and burst through blood brain barrier. Google Candida albicans. www.luogocomune.net has the cures too.

Possible diverticulitis?

Google it, it's very common, usually confirmed by having one of those unpleasant cameras inserted in the erm...bottom.

If that is what it is then you would be wise to follow the advice on other posters on this thread advising about diet.

Another possibility is, Helicobacter pylori infection? usually associated with stomach ulcers.

A few months back they put the tube down my mouth to see if there was anything there, coz I was getting a lot of nausea and burning in my stomach but it was clear. It must these parasites that have been mentioned

For instant relief from the bloating you need magnesium oxide - it will clear any gas and blockages. Just stay near a toilet.

For breakkie have a gluten free cereal and look for sourdough spelt bread.
Eat a couple avocados per day
Just stay off wheat and ideally avoid oats.

Take your time, and gradually work your way through this thread on pH balance in the body:

http://forum.davidicke.com/showthread.php?t=165023

Which country do you live in? I can research the best mag oxide for you in your area.

*OxyT is magnesium oxide they call it oxygenated from Health Leads UK.

But i'd advise Dark Ryvitas and whole ricecakes rather than any wheat at all even spelt for sometime until healed although it is better tolerated it still has some gluten in. Keep off diary though,Omega 3,6,9 Udo oil if you can tolerate and Hemp oil, cold pressed and Evening Primrose oil.

H Pylori yes i was told i once had it even after the candida was found, and Medics can be very off in a diagnosis with Candida hyphae to stomach but it happens and it too causes stomach ulcers and haemhorrhages. It needs a biopsy to stomach to find it, it hardly ever comes up in blood tests. Work on root cause and cures.

Even www.luogocomune is interesting.

Using E3 Enzymes for any cooked foods is best really. I buy in tubs of 270 from Kiki.

*Mastic Gum for H Pylori you can buy it from Health Leads UK too.
www.red23.co.uk has some decent stuff on as well.

Go to ebay and type 'magnesium oxide', then find the listing that reads as follows: MAGNESIUM OXIDE 900g Heavy Mag Ox Calmer Laminitis Hoof
and its priced as £9.49 (bargain). lol i know it says its for horses but that's just cos there is a market for it. This is the stuff I take and its totally safe as it pharmaceutical grade. I take about 1/10 th of a teaspoon in water with meals and it really helps with digestion and energy levels. In your case I would say to also take a full teaspoon in water once per week - as this is like having a colonic irrigation without having gallons of water pumped up your bum. You will need to stay near a toilet for an hour of two. The good thing with mag oxide is it also gets to the root of the problem as it alkalizes, oxygenates and heals the small and large intestine. You may want to do the flush more than once per week if you feel it is really working for you.

This will lift your mood and clear your mind and give you the breathing space you need to approach dietary changes at your own pace. Its hard to feel motivated when you feel bloated and all the info on this thread will be confusing and overwhelming i should imagine. The mag oxide will really give you a boost aswell as addressing the root of the problem. Feel free to PM or ask questions as you go along.

It depends on how much you take of mag oxide if it were 3 capsules then yes you would need loo urgently and especially if you use Bicarbonate Soda at same time Lol, but if spread out 1 x 3 daily then it would be more gentle. I never ever fancy using Ebay for internal use somehow and animal use not a chance personally.

If you print off to re read then you should still have learning curve there.

Ionic Magnesium too, but think i'd do the whole thing with Colon Cleanse to get rid of heavy metals too,as in www.harmonikireland.com

Nay!! Equienne mag ox is good stuff - horse power. Its pharm grade.
I agree about adding some bicarb too though. 1tsp mag ox, 1/2 tsp bicarb - that'll work - then 10th tsp mag ox in water with meals.

Blue2, give the lady a chance to find her feet before bombarding her with colonics and heavy metal detox's

Not bombarding Domathy just giving info that she can use at leisure just as you are doing. I still wouldn't use horse animal stuff ! OxyT is good. Why shouldn't she use Colonic stuff from harmonikireland..tis great.
